~CHOICES~


Often times we feel trapped
By our Fear, Doubt, and Worry
Our emotions can keep us 
In a cycle of negative thinking
Afraid to take chances and be happy
Not living as our True Authentic Self
We keep hearing from others
You should not do this or that
So instead of listening to our Inner Guidance
We end up with Anxiety and Depression
Trying desperately to be that round peg
In a square hole
Becoming empowered is a process
Taking the first small step
Will lead to bigger steps
Reaching the path to wholeness and abundance
That we so truely deserve
