PTSD
I Stay Awake Just To Watch You Sleep, I Lay On Your Chest I Listen To You Breathing And I Can Hear The Beating Of Your Heart As I Lay Here In The Dark. Something Must Be Going On Inside Your Mind, Because All Of A Sudden You Start To Scream And Fight With Your Eyes Closed.
I'm Not Afraid Or Scared As I Reach For You I Gently Speak Your Name Trying To Soothe You In Your Time Of Need, Now I Understand That You Are Suffering With PTSD. I Beg And Plead For You To Concentrate On The Sound Of My Voice Even Though We Are In The Black Pitch Of Night. I Sit Here And I Start To Pray Hoping That You Realize Who I Am As I Watch The Tears Start To Fall From Your Eyes, I Say I Prayer For You Letting You Know That I Will Always Be There To Answer Your Call When You Feel Like You Are All Alone, But If You Let Me I'd Like To Be The One You turn To In Your Time Of Need, I'm So Sorry That You Are Suffering From PTSD.
