Welcome to Sweets Sanctuary!
My poetry comes from things that happen to me, from feelings about people I love and that love me. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed penning it. I'm a survivor who knows who and whose she is. God has blessed me abundantly in so many of my life situations, for all my life. I have an awesomely loving family and huge circle of wonderful friends, whom I call family as well. If I can say anything about this life it is this, I've learned that the learning process never ends, love never fails us, we fail it and God never promised us this life would be easy or that tomorrow would come, he did however promise us that he would be with us always. He has always been there, its us that leave him, but yet he waits patiently on us. God bless all who pass through my sanctuary and may something I've written touch you and give you cause to think.
