Dear Friend
full of light,
dispel darkness
and give it no air time,
take a deep breath,
actually three,
take the heaviness
and give it to Him,
rest in knowing you're lovable to Him,
that you're a child of God,
a trophy of grace
precious and priceless
that is never alone
with the One who is greater
inside you than
any within the world,
know you are loved
and aren't built to bear it alone,
keep pressing into the Word
even in tears,
tears purge
and keep the enemy from stealing
your moment,
carry the presence and peace
of Him into everything
and know you are safe and protected.
