Welcome! I would like to welcome all of you to my poetry site. As a twice divorced mother of 5, I have had very little time for writing much through the years. With all of my children away from home, I do have a some time now. My father was a published poet, and I inherited his gift. God gives all of us various gifts and this is just one that He saw fit to give to me. And I thank Him for it. I have several poems that are in various stages, but as yet uncompleted. These are the ones that I call a true labor of the heart. Most of the ones that I have here now seemed to flow almost faster than I could type or write them. These are the ones that to me, come with true inspiration. My inspiration for the last few years has been one particular man, the love of my life, Timothy Bus. Many or most of these poems were written for or about him. We have had our ups and downs, and many trials and tribulations as you will see in some of my poetry. But again it's been proven that love wins out in the end. We are together now and continue to make plans for a future together. Because of the man he is and maybe too, the fact that he has my heart, he has truly been an inspiration. I sincerely thank him for being a very large, integral part of my life. I hope you enjoy reading my poems as much as I enjoyed writing them. You will soon learn in reading them, that I am moody at times, as most who are ruled by the heart, tend to be. My poetry surely comes from my emotions and my heart. Some are sad and tearful, some filled with pain and tears, others filled with love. The love I feel for this man is truly heaven sent.
