My name is Shawn, and I started writing poetry in 2006. I write to counter heartbreak, depression, sadness, and harmful thoughts. I really only write when things go wrong. There are many things I enjoy in life, but nothing more than spending time with my dear Carmen. Now that she is gone, I will try to continue on, but my life and my heart will always have a void for her. I really hope she finds the happiness she deserves in life, she is an amazingly great woman who I will miss forever.
