Its going to take me some time

It's going to take me some time
To sort through all of the confusion
That I've been carrying inside of my mind
So that I can get through all of these feelings
and these deep seeded emotions
That have caused me to be hurting like I am
Hopefully I can turn things back around
So that I can get back to being myself again
But its been really hard since you've been gone
And I honestly don't know if I will ever be the same
Because I have never had these feelings for anyone
But I guess that old saying is true
When you truly love someone
with every ounce of your being
That you will always love them even after they are gone
