This poem is written in memory of Alex. She did God's will bringing teenagers to Christ and
never being ashamed of her faith. Alex was a 17 yr old senior ready to continue mission work
for our Lord!It wasn't God's will.....
You see, Alex was driving too fast on a road she wasn't permitted to drive down, she was not
wearing her seat belt and SHE WAS TEXTING ON HER PHONE! Listen up people, please don't let Alex
die in vain, please.....Ignore the phone while driving! Her family and friends are in a lot of
hurt and pain! Now why do I say it wasn't God's will? Because, it was her mistakes that
caused that accident, God only decided to have mercy on her broken body and take her home with
Him! I don't believe it was meant to be, just that God knew her life on earth could be no more.
Hug your loved ones and please.....put away the phones! Rest Well...Angel Alex!
Good Night
Your baby cries
Once filled our home.
Now tears fill our eyes.
Your laughter
And pitter patter, down the halls.
Now empty as our hearts.
Then came your love
For Christ.
He shinned through you
Like a
Beacon in the night.
Your smile we will hold in
Our memories forever to be missed.
Longing to hold you and your
Tender cheeks to kiss.
We know you are with our Lord so dear,
But so great is the pain of
Not holding you near.
Angel girl….
May God hold you tight
And please Lord
Kiss our precious girl
Good night.
