You've had your moments at times
When you are around your loved ones
When you will feel some
what detached from them
Just like you would when you are standing
in a crowded room
with a bunch of people that you have never known
And I want you to know that I do understand
And it is okay to have these feelings every now and then
Because I have felt the same way that you have at times
But I can promise you one thing
You will get through these things
Because you have the inner strength to overcome
Even through the most challenging situations
Because you have done it before in difficult times
And you can do it again
Because you do have the power within you to turn things around
