Dear Lord please take my
hand today



And wipe my slate clean



So that I can finally be free



To have the opportunity



To live in your glory



So that I can start living again



Because you are the only one



That can help me and guide me



So that I can climb

 

Above all of these things



That have been hurting me



Because you know



How hard it has been for me



Just to wake up every single day



Because I just haven't been



The person that I used to be



And I just cant live
through another day



If I have to continue
living my life in this way



Dear Lord please take my
hand today



And wipe my slate clean



So that I can finally be free



To have the opportunity



To live in your glory



So that I can start living again
