ODDITY
You're the oddest thing I've ever seen
In conflict with yourself
You thrive on putting others down
With the pompous words you've dealt.
Ambiguously arrogant
Pride comes before the fall
Precocious cruel brutality
Manipulating gall.
Not one kind word escapes your lips
No mention of what's right
Your foolish feuding just for kicks
You're pleased to pick a fight.
You're never wrong, you're always right
Too proud to just agree
Your selfish needs must know no bounds
You're quite the oddity.
So you go your way, I'll go mine
Maybe you'll find a way
To find some peace within yourself
And happiness one day.
