I used to feel like
I was slowly
drifting out to sea
Into the lonely
abyss of misery
And then recently
Something happened
to me
That literally kept
me
from drifting away
Deeper into the
dark blue sea
Because I realized
That I am in control
of my own destiny
So I finally made
the decision today
To break away
From all the chains
of
doubt and worry
That were holding
me in captivity
So that I could
finally be free
From all the things
that were hurting me
