I really need a fresh start
So that I can
begin
to see the light
And know inside my heart
that
everything will be alright
So that I can get past the hurt
and have
something new to talk about
Instead of always talking
about my broken heart
But you know the hardest part
is getting
through the silence in the night
When I am laying in bed
after I turn out the light
Because I get carried
away
in my own thoughts
Wondering why
everything
didn't work out
Because when I
love someone
I truly love them with
every ounce of my heart
I really need a fresh start
So that I can
begin
to see the light
And know inside my heart
that
everything will be alright
So that I can get past the hurt
and have
something new to talk about
