When relationships come to end
As time goes on
That's when everything
slowly begins to sink in
and you start thinking
about everything
And wishing that it didn't
ever
have to come to an end
Because you start remembering
all the memories that
you had shared with them
During the happy times
when things were going fine
And that's when you realize
When everything finally came to an end
That you didn't just lose a companion
But you also lost your very best friend
