if it aint one thing its the next:
i remember dad saying that as if he'd been hexed:
if it aint one thing its another:
dad alwauys said to mother:
things would upset my dad:
and he got so upset and mad:
somehow things always seemed to work out:
but not until we;d here dad complain and shout:
but my dad that was his way:
right now i miss him so much today:
dad tried his best in all he did:
he was really so much fun when i was a kid:
dad wanted to always see us laugh and play:
a one a one i;d love to here him say:
the daily challenges that life brought:
i remenber from dad lifes lessons i was taught:
dad held back nothing at all:
when he got mad at you he'd say its like talking to the wall:
if it aint one thing its another:
i always heard them words from dad utter:
you know things in life when they go wrong:
we never want them to belong:
life wont always be so smooth:
so when things go bad to action we gotta move:
regroup adapt and improvise:
thats what you do if your wise:
theres no time to get upset or hold regrets:
when things your way are not met:
i think we gotta hope for the best:
then do our best to be rsady for the next test;
