Faith Guides Lives
We know that if the life we live,
Ever taken down like a tent;
Our Lord God will still then give,
Another mansion if we repent.
An eternal home in Heaven,
That was not made by human hands;
Onto you it will be given,
At the moment that God commands.
We must have the right attitude,
For as we start to put it on;
We will no longer be in the nude,
All of our past will be gone.
Being in this obsolete shack,
It is making us feel distressed;
Within all the toils and flack,
That is making you feel undressed.
But we no longer want to roam,
So we can get out of this hut;
And put on the eternal home,
As to just get out of this rut.
The mortal existence will end,
As God has prepared us for this;
His Spirit will help us ascend,
For reaching the heavenly bliss.
