I look back at everything now and I know
where I have gone and where I have been
And I have made the decision
that I cannot
go back down that road again
Because it left me sinking in
a sea of pain
with so many empty feelings
by loving someone that didn't
love me
as much as I loved them in return
But I have learned a lot from everything
that I went through way back then
and I wont make the same mistakes again
And to this day I still haven't met anyone
because I am
still waiting for the right one to come along
That truly wants all the same
things that I want in return
So that I can have something
that can truly be everlasting
And if I cant have that then
I just wont be with anyone
