Out in the open fields I watched
the tall blades of grass dancing
Like well orchestrated cat
tales swirling
back and forth in the wind
And all the clouds in the sky were slowly spinning
as if they were all in sink and doing a sacred dance
together
because the sun was bright and vibrant and smiling
And it left me with such a peaceful easy feeling
as I watched the dragon flies and the butterflies
flying around while all the birds were singing
And in my mind that is truly a welcome sign
because
I know in my heart that before to long that spring
will be returning soon to start a brand new season
