Never Discouraged
Our bodies are made of clay,
And being molded to obey;
But someone has broken the mold,
When not doing as they were told.
Still the treasure of the Good News,
Taking the pieces as it glues;
The mold back together again,
After being forgiven then.
For we always carry around,
The death of Jesus to surround;
With His life also being shown,
Within your heart upon His throne.
Death is at work while we live,
This mortal shell holds us captive;
But life is also in work too,
In growing spiritually through.
For your faith is what makes you grow,
A fertilizer that you sow;
And is fed with your prayer and praise,
Keeping you from wandering ways.
We also believe and also speak,
Through Jesus Christ as we will seek.
Mercy from God on Judgment Day,
Pleading to allow us to stay.
So just never be discouraged,
Rather go and be encouraged;
When facing strife and tribulations,
Making them as jubilations.
