Some times certain situations
in our
lives can be so overwhelming
That can be mentally
and physically draining
And that's when I turn some peaceful
music on that can be reinvigorating
While I am walking through the forest
where I can meditate down by the stream
Because it is enlightening
But it also allows me to escape deep
into the music for some relaxation
and some much needed comforting
So that my inner spirit can start healing
