The good Lord has stood
by my side
ever since I was a baby
Just as much as he has through out
my life and even in
challenging times of great difficulty
And he has always
helped
me find my way
And he has never failed me
Because he is the only
one that
would never turn away
Even when I may
have gone astray
and lost my way
Because he has always been there for me
To pick me up again
so that
I could find my way
