I have been through so many ups and downs
and so many hurdles and curves and u-turns
And I have also seen my fair share of dead ends
but
I will keep on going until the last song bird sings
Because I just cant throw in the towel and give in
But believe you me I have
thought about it many times
Because so many arrows
have
been cast in my direction
And the devil keeps trying
to fill my mind with poisons
But it is just not working
Because I have always counted on the good
Lord for
some much needed guidance and direction
And he has always been there
for
me when I really needed him
To give me the strength to keep on going
and without
fail I could always count on his blessings
I have been through so many ups and downs
