I know the road is getting rougher and times are getting tougher but I can't stop now.
How can I choose to refrain when so much drama remains in this govern"mental" science project?
When all across this nation and around the world the corporate man is still calling the shots,
Leaving us in a prison of debt to rot, me give up? I think not!
Besides, if I don't take a stand who will? The man in the mirror won't allow me to sit still as we continue to repeat the same mistakes of the past.
Why can't we all just agree that this type of behavior simply cannot last?
Choosing the lesser of 2 evils should no longer be accepted. No more surrendering to their wants while our needs are neglected.
You really have no choice but to resist and rebel, when you're born and raised in an undemocratic hell.
Look around. It's so plain to see and hard to ignore the evidence, that how in the 21st century the government's almost lost its relevance.
But still they've got us pigeonholed, penned in, cut off like rats, so called conservatives and liberals lost in a left- right trap,
Thinking that the robber barons have our best interests in mind, when our standard of living is in steady decline.
And no matter how many times they let us down and no matter how long progression drags; we still continue to put our hopes in these hopeless windbags.
We continue to place our faith and trust in men and women that are experts in the art of the double cross,
Scammers that have only benefitted from the result of someone else's loss.
They specialize in heartless lies, elaborate schemes and slickisms. These are people that should be the poster children for solecism.
Everyone goes to jail for perjury except for the habitual liars on Capitol Hill, a group of lawless crooks that break laws at their will.
They laugh behind closed doors and say the rule of law is for fools because they know he or she that makes the law rules.
We're dragooned into accepting whatever the government sees fit or whatever the party in power deems appropriate. Tell me, how much longer can we cope with it?
Not another second and if the choice were mine I'd demand
That the principles of freedom be returned to this land.
I wouldn't be deterred. I wouldn't be daunted. I'd keep on rebelling until I got what I wanted.
Until freedom rings I'll fight and defy because true patriotism will never die.
It's not un-American to disagree, please take it from me, there's absolutely nothing wrong with differing with the majority.
Saying no to protect one's freedoms should never be berated but blindly saying yes and causing their usurpation should not be tolerated.
We cannot forget the lessons of history and be so quick to move
Because when our freedom's on the line there's too much to lose.
For it was long ago and I believe it was Thomas Jefferson that mentioned
That the greatest form of patriotism is dissension.
