I tried to live my
life without you
But it was the hardest
thing that I could ever do
Especially when I found out that
I was taken away from you when
I was just an eight month old child
And when I got older I
did my very
best to try and find you
Because I really needed you
and
I wanted to be around you
So that I could get to know
you
and feel much closer to you
Because I didn't want to
feel like a bastard child
And when I found out
that
you had already died
I just wasn't prepared
and
I was deeply saddened
Because all of my prayers
for you were unanswered
Because I didn't
get to meet you
And later that night when
I
was laying down in my bed
My silent tears started
falling down
on my pillow as I cried
Because all I ever wanted
was to have the chance
to tell you that I loved you
But I was just a little to
late
because you had already died
