Set your own feelings
aside
if only for a moment

And think about other
peoples feelings instead

By showing them
that they are loved

So that they will know
that there is still some
compassion in the world

It's not really that hard

And it does have it's
benefits but it also has
its bounty in rewards

Because you were willing
to set your own feelings
aside if only for a moment

To show someone else
that you actually cared

Because it would make all
the difference in the world

just makes me feel really good inside)
