Have you ever felt spiritually dead inside

There have been countless times when
I have felt that way in my  lifetime
because I'd lost my way in the world

From seeing all the anger and the hatred
to
the point of keeping all my doors closed

Because life itself became to complicated

And I felt like I was just six
feet away from being buried

When all I have ever really wanted was
to be loved
so that I could honestly feel appreciated

Because I needed to know
that someone truly cared

And then one day everything had changed

And I quit focusing on anger and hatred
in the world
and I no longer felt imprisoned like I did

Because I felt alive instead of feeling dead

And I finally felt like I was truly loved

Because I had found shelter in the good Lord

(How precious is your unfailing love, O God!
All humanity finds shelter in the shadow of
your wings.

Psalm 36:7 (New Living Translation)

How precious is Your loving kindness, O God!
Therefore the children of men put their trust
under the shadow of Your wings.

Psalm 36:7 (New King James Version)

How exquisite your love, O God!
How eager we are to run under your wings.

Psalm 36:7 (The Message)

What a picture of security, when we can hide in the
shelter of His wings and know everything is going to
be ok! He loves you very much!)
