Through his grace and by his mercy
he died for
each and everyone of us on the cross
So that we could rise above
the bottomless
pits of despair and poverty
And no longer have to lie in the bed of
snakes
that had caused us to feel so worthless
Because he wanted our lives to have a
true defining purpose
instead of one that seems so meaningless
Because he loves each and everyone of us
And that's why we
have
the power within us
Through his grace and
by his mercy
to rise above all things
So that our lives can be restored and be
more meaningful through
the power of our mighty Lord Jesus Christ
