The good Lord is our divine
shelter when we face storms
But he is also our guiding light
when we face
our deepest and darkest hours
For he is with all of us through
everything
for he lives within our hearts
And he knows our weaknesses
and he sees all of our sorrows
Yet he reminds
us
in his scriptures
Do not be troubled or afraid
and set aside your fears
for I am near and I will
lead you to greener pastures
And all I ask of you in return
is to be faithful
and strong and courageous
(Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand )
(Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.)
