The good old days have come and gone
And I sure do miss all the excitement
and all
the fun times that I had way back then
But time sure has sped by like a speeding
train
never slowing down for me or for anyone
And I just wish that I had a time machine
that would allow me to go back in time
To relive those days when I had so much
excitement in my life and so much fun
And I know that all that stuff is just
science
fiction and that it will never happen
But at least my mind can still wander down
memory lane so I can reminisce about
the good old days that have come and gone
