'' There's Nothing Wrong With Being A Pagan ''

Pagans are  derided for their beliefs,
Yet nature to them is to the fore,
The trees and the oceans the coral reefs,
All life forms are what they adore.

Everything is precious life is supreme,
Harmonious living is fun,
In contrast to some they have only one dream,
With mother nature to be at one.

Their views on Gods are there to be seen,
These shouldn't cause us any alarm,
If life's to survive there is no in between,
It's religion that does us all harm.

Indigenous tribes are savages we say,
They worship the sun and the moon,
Yet they don't cause our planet any affray,
It's to living they all attune.

None of them take what can't be replaced,
They don't worship Gods they can't see,
They live and let live and it has to be faced,
Their aim is for life is to be free.

All they ask is to be left alone,
Your cultures and habits they don't need,
It's to their planet they try to atone,
They don't know the meaning of greed.

Who are we to tell them they are wrong,
To deny them their right of choice,
It's a human right to stay where they belong,
We must never stifle their voice.

Wherever religion rears it's head,
Destruction and death surely follow,
If you refuse to convert you'll end up dead,
It is nasty and totally hollow.

Religions lay claim their views are right,
All heathens will burn in hell,
What they all preach is not very bright,
Where's their God, none of them can tell.

As hypocrisy goes they're among the best,
They abuse and they also tell lies,
If truth be told when they're put to the test,
Their lurid fantasies bring on the sighs.

History has shown it is brutal and cruel,
Murder and mayhem are rife,
Refuse to believe you are classed as a fool,
It has no respect for freedom in life.

Life is for living it can be withstood,
If we stand as a people together,
Religions do far more harm than good,
They also change every day like the weather.

They don't provide warmth or much needed food,
They brainwash you into believing,
Massive wealth is their aim not the common good,
It's our pockets they all love relieving.

If their Gods are so powerful why do they need cash,
Why are religions worth billions of pounds,
What sort of creator would require a stash,
Now that's what really confounds.

Religions are businesses that is a fact,
They're as corrupt as that character named Fagan,
I'd much rather pefer to use my own tact,
