The good Lord has been good to me

And he has helped me along the way

After losing five members of my
family this year and I am truly
thankful and
grateful that he has stood beside me

Through these times of great difficulty

Or I would never have made it through
another day

But thanks to him I still look forward
to waking up
every single day without having to worry

Because the good Lord made me stronger
then I ever thought I could possibly be

And that alone truly makes me happy

Because the good Lord has truly blessed me
