In This Xmas Valley of Love There Is No More:
No more snow of tying one down
making a man perform like a clown
Singing of carols has come to a stop
women and children no longer shop
Lights on a tree now do not blink
old Santa has forgotten how to wink
Left over food has been stashed away
stored in the freezer for another day
Boxes and wrappers are out in the trash
the floor is clear if one needs to crash
Oh My! Will we ever be the same again
It 'll take all year for savings to regain
But when the time is here once more
Merry Christmas will hang on our door!
It will be the Celebration of Jesus Birth
we then will share His Love here on earth..
In this sleepy valley where there is no more
Our hearts are grateful for New Hope in store!
