The bridges ahead are very long and there
are many lessons
that must be learned along the way
from all of the experiences that I have had
And some of them were good
but there were
so many others that were bad
But some day I will cross that bridge
and I will make it to the other
side with happiness and joy and pride
Because I will find my way
And I know that the road
ahead will
be long and very narrow
Yet there have been days
that were difficult and sad
But I have put all of my
faith in the good Lord
By putting all of my
trust
in him like I should
Because I know in my heart that
the good Lord himself
will guide me every step of the way
So that I can cross that bridge
some
day and make it to the other side
