The Lancean Specificity

Long-Haired Old Men

The long-haired old men step out in the sun
Of Orange my hometown and I am one

Long-haired old men stepping out not dead yet
One with a hat on and two with a bow
To tie back their hair three I do not know

Professors at the university
Or paranoid schizophrenics like me

Long-haired old men walking I have not met
Mine hangs down freely and gets in my face
But I like it there in its rightful place

Like Orange my hometown out in the sun
Just starting here when I thought I was done
