The Glory of the Church
Arise and shine your light is near,
And with having nothing to fear;
The glory of the Lord has dawned,
It is time for to go beyond.
Arise and shine your light arrived,
It is time for to be revived;
Darkness now covers all the earth,
But your light shines all of its worth.
The Lord dawns His glory appears,
As the heathens see their worst fears;
Nations will come unto your light,
While they marvel at the sight.
Kings come to the light of your dawn,
Worried that it might soon be gone;
But the judgment of Christ unknown,
How swift is done from His throne.
Lift up your eyes look round about,
Let there be never any doubt;
As your sons come from far away,
After they have gone astray.
Your daughters held within their arms,
Completely safe from all alarms;
All having a radiant glow,
From the glory that you now show.
Your heart will enlarge and shall thrill,
As joy of salvation does fill;
While the riches and the wealth,
And accumulates for your health.
