Same Attitude
You have the comfort of the love,
That is passed down from up above;
A relationship unsurpassed,
With Jesus Christ that will outlast.
Have sympathy and compassion,
With having a calm reaction;
Of those who try to discourage,
In having a Christ like image.
No more will you be feeling rude,
When having the same attitude;
And the same love in harmony,
No more in sinful tyranny.
Merely keep one purpose in mind,
Always remain gentle and kind;
Not letting selfish ambition,
Become your prime definition.
Humbly think of all the others,
Just as your sisters and brothers;
Treat them just as you treat them right,
As you guide them into the light.
For when Jesus Christ does return,
Every one will then truly learn;
While the world below will kneel,
And all the sinners begin their appeal.
For all of you will be servants,
As Christ was in His appearance;
And humbled Himself on the cross,
With His last breath suffering loss.
