 Unfortunately I cannot fix things

Oriental Pictures, Images and Photos

Unfortunately I cannot fix things

Song, sound of silence, pan-flute

Written by Dean Masciarelli

Monday, August 06, 2012

Unfortunately I cannot fix things
in
my life that are already broken

Because it is much
easier said than done

But I can focus on
healing myself first

By doing some
inner
soul searching

Because that is the
first step to healing

So that I can become
a much better person

Because I will admit I do have
my own
faults that I need to fine tune

Through a little spiritual intervention

Because I do not want to end up saying
things or hurting anyone
through my own  words that are spoken

Because that is never my intention

But honestly I do not
like hurting anyone
in any way or form

And I don't think
that
anyone does

Yet God does have a
way of
teaching us a lesson

Every now and then
when
ever we may need one

Just like a father or mother
would
discipline his daughter or son

So that we can learn
from our own actions

From the mistakes that
we made
and be able to move on

So that we can chop it
all
up as a lesson learned

But try to remember one thing
no one ever said that
life would ever be easy

Or like we had hoped it would be

Because we will all go through challenges
and complications
whether they are physical or emotional

Because they will happen when
we least expect them to happen

And when they do it can
honestly change a person

And that is why we must always hold our
head up high no matter what, so that we
can get beyond the storms that we are in

By finding a solution

Because through each event and every experience that we
go through
it will actually help us to become a much stronger person
