Dear Lord please plant your
seeds
into the essence of my soul
To allow my spirit just
enough
room to nurture and grow
Because all that is left of
me
right now is my mortal shell
And I just wish that
I could
say that it wasn't so
But you and I both know that my
heart weighs heavy with sorrow
And that every word that
I
am saying to you is true
And that is why I have handed
all of my burdens over to you
So that I may have another
opportunity
to see a brighter tomorrow
Yet in times like this I am often
reminded through your
scriptures that this too shall pass
But in the mean time I have but one request
Dear Lord please plant your
seeds
into the essence of my soul
To allow my spirit just

room to nurture and grow
