Spreading the Word
These things I write unto you,
To God always remain true;
When in need do not delay,
Ask unto Him when you pray.
I say as children of God,
That you must honor and laud;
Worship Him every day,
Ensure you trust and obey.
For problems that you may search,
Through the members of the church;
For they are your family,
In resolving easily.
The pillar of foundation,
Christ as source of salvation;
Shelter in the midst of strife,
And source of eternal life.
God came in human nature,
To make us a new creature;
As to what we inherit,
Was approved by His Spirit.
Allow others to receive,
By showing what to believe;
How to receive a rebirth,
As you go around the earth.
Announce throughout the nations,
Giving them salutations;
With the words of the Good News,
Giving them their right to choose.
