Faithful unto Death
Those saying the first and the last,
Who were dead and then came alive;
What has been dealt within the past,
No longer able to survive.
The faithful who have long since died,
Memories of them that had been;
In His Word how they did abide,
Have become alive once again.
Jesus Christ knows how you suffer,
He knows of your tribulation;
And how things get even tougher,
For achieving your salvation.
He knows merely how poor you are,
But also just knowing you are rich;
Although that you may have a scar,
God will heal with every stitch.
He knows those who claim to be Jews,
Have been worshipping the devil;
As they slander for our views,
Warping to make it sound evil.
Fear not the things that are about,
Making you suffer to confuse;
They only cause a lot of doubt,
Within your own Christian values.
So just be faithful until death,
In remembering your first love;
For new life before your last breath,
Through a crown of life from above.
