'' Life's Problems Were Made To Be Overcome '
Problems will appear in a variety of guises,
They will hit you in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
You have illness, emotional, financial too,
The question you must ponder is, what can you do.
You can always ignore them but they won't go away,
They will still be there the following day,
By remaining positive you can put up a fight,
If you deal with them now things will turn out right.
You must never try to cast them aside,
Or soon you'll find there is nowhere to hide,
Meet them head on and soon you will see,
Your mind will then clear setting you free.
If you're feeling helpless seek help from others,
Be it professionals, friends, sisters or brothers,
You won't be stigmatised nor will you be blamed,
You have no need to feel ashamed.
To first solve your problems prioritise,
There is nothing to gain by closing your eyes,
By sharing your worries you can cut them in half,
Soon you'll be smiling again learning to laugh.
Don't ever look for solace in drink,
If you're thinking of doing it stop and think,
When you sober up you'll become aware,
Nothing has changed your problem's still there.
The same applies if you turn to drugs,
Your problems increase if they're swept under rugs,
Then as you watch your life slipping away,
You will not want to live for another day.
These are problems which are self inflicted,
By turning to drugs you can become addicted,
The answers to your problems are all down to you,
By addressing your issues you can start life anew.
We will all face problems at some point in life,
Ignoring the truth is what gives us the strife.
So grasp your problems in the palm of your hand,
Convince yourself now that you must make a stand.
By facing the truth your life you will neaten,
There's no problem on Earth that cannot be beaten,
Then as your future takes on a new course,
You can shout from the rooftops, ''Im back with a force''.
Your problems are real but if they're dealt with fast,
They can no longer hurt they'll be confined to your past,
Only then will you learn there's no need to feel numb,
