Please take this sadness away

Because the loneliness is so overwhelming
at times and I really
don't want to feel like this for another day

I have learned that I have to do things a
little
bit differently in order for me to be happy

Because I have learned
so many lessons along the way

And I know that I am the only
one that can be
in control of my own destiny

At least I have had some special
people in
my life that have truly loved me

And they have helped
me
get through each day

And I truly am grateful that
they have
or I wouldn't be here today

But more importantly

I know without a doubt in my heart
that the good Lord is watching
over me in these times of difficulty

And he will comfort me

I just have to continue to remain strong
and wait patiently because he alone has
bigger and better plans in store for me

But until that day arrives I will
embrace
each day to my fullest capability
