Wives and Husbands
Place yourself under your husband,
Be humbled but not frightened;
The husband is over the wife,
For the remainder of her life.
The husband is head of his wife,
For the remainder of this life;
Just as Christ is head of the church,
At the top while He does search.
As Christ searches for the sinner,
Who He does want as a winner;
Other members add the flavor,
Worshipping unto the Savior.
For we are truly His body,
Which must be kept pure and godly;
As the husbands protect the wives,
Christ also must protect these lives.
Husbands also must love their wives,
As well as protecting their lives;
The same as for the church and Christ,
Loves so much will be sacrificed.
So love your wives just as with Christ,
Loves willing to be sacrificed;
Keeping the church pure and holy,
For maintaining it as godly.
