Every day I wake up I say
that things are going to
turn out differently today
And I keep hoping and
wishing and I even pray
That today will be the day
that I will meet somebody
That will make my life
more interesting
in every imaginable way
A new friend it may be
Or it could be somebody
That wants something everlasting
and that would be perfect for me
Because being in this world without
anybody that loves
me has been really lonely you see
But I still wake up each and every
day
hoping that today will be the day
When I will find somebody who
wants
to be loved just as much as me
