I was day dreaming today
Thinking about myself
when I was but a child
and full of energy always
wanting to be outside so
that I could play all day
By swinging on palms trees and imagining
that I was on a merry go round spinning round
and round all the time thinking that I could fly
and then I would bounce up and down on the
trampoline always believing that
I was superman and that I could touch the sky
And if I could go back to when I was a
child again I would do
all the same things over and over again
But as you can see I am
just day dreaming again
thinking about myself
when I was but a child
