My life has been
spiraling
out of control
What seems
like
an eternity
Yet I haven't given
up
in any form or way
But this much I do know
is that the good
Lord will see me through
And if I am hungry he will
also
make sure that he feeds me
Because he always provides a way
But he also reminds me every
single day
be not afraid for I am with you
And I know he sees me struggling
but in my heart I also know
that he will help me find my way
And I hope that it is soon or
I wont
have a place to live anymore
Because there is
no where that
I can possibly go
Because when this year is
over
I might be losing my home
Even though it is paid for
But at least I don't have
a drug problem
and I don't even drink
And I haven't even dated anyone
for fear
of having my heart broken again
But that is not my problem
I have been unemployed
for
what seems like a lifetime
And I don't collect unemployment or
food stamps because my
pride has always stepped in the way
I just hope that something
really
good will happen very soon
Because I have been ready to
live my life again
that is free of stress and worry
And I am truly tired
of struggling to get
by every single day
And worrying about all
of my bills getting paid
But it has truly humbled me
Yet I keep reminding myself
what the dear Lord says
in the pages of his good book
I will not forsake you
nor
will I ever leave you
So I will rely on him to get me through
the storm and I will
continue to keep my faith in him
no matter how difficult each day may be
Because I continue to
fill
my mind with positivity
And that alone is what gives me the strength
to wake up every single day always reminding
myself
that today will be a better day than yesterday
And the good Lord alone will
always
guide me every step of the way
Because in my heart I know just how much
he loves me deep
within the essence of my heart and soul
