To my lovely grandson Tony who is twenty-one today. Have a wonderful day son love always Nannie and Granddad xxx
Can`t believe you`re twenty-one
My bonnie handsome lad
Remember when you were just four
And made your Nannie mad
But remember take ID
To every pub, because you see
They won`t believe you`re twenty-one
For my boy you look so young.
Granddad would have said be glad
It was the same for me my lad
He was grateful he looked young
So should you be Tony, Son.
You are working hard I know
You`ll get where you want to go
Saving too for all your dreams
But earning every one it seems.
Now all grown up good and true
Nannie is so proud of you
Hope today is very grand
To the best in all the land
Happy birthday, here`s your key
Use it well in life and see
Every thing you want come true
Love you son, the best, to you.
