Looking back at our recent history
of terrorist attacks on our county
We are not only reminded about
what
had happened in Oklahoma city
And all the lives that were taken away
in such a horrendous and horrific way
and
how it affected all of us here in the USA
But ironically it did change
us in such a profound way
Because innocent children and
mothers and fathers lives were
taken away ever so abruptly
And one hundred and sixty eight people had
died that day and five hundred others
were wounded because of Timothy Mcveigh
And unfortunately it was only the
beginning of a new terrorist
movement right here in the USA
And as time moved forward to nine
eleven
in the year of two thousand and one
Planes were hijacked and they
were
subsequently used as weapons
And so many more lives were taken
away quickly and abruptly that
forever changed American history
But it just leaves us to ask how something
so catastrophic
could actually happen right here in the USA
Especially when it came
to our national security
And all I can say is God bless the victims
of Oklahoma and everyone else that lost
their lives during the nine eleven tragedy
And last but not least God bless the USA
