Everything that happens in our lives teaches us something
good or bad it's a growth process that allows us to evolve
and become better
human beings because we will go through the transitions
And through the course of our
lives it's all about
becoming one with ourselves
Some things are more defining than
others but one thing is for certain its
all about building and growing
and most importantly learning
from all of the lessons that have
been taught to us along the way
But in order to ascend in a healthy
and positive manner we must learn
to the best of our capabilities how to
love others as much
as we have grown to love ourselves
