Praise God Father of our Lord,
To whom we have loved and adored;
For through Jesus Christ God has blest,
Ensuring us the very best.
Every spiritual blessing,
From Heaven of that He can bring;
He offers to everyone,
And the ultimate was His Son.
Before creation of the world,
As His plans were being unfurled;
He already chose us through Christ,
On the cross to be sacrificed.
He wanted us to be perfect,
In His presence and not reject;
Most of all for to be holy,
Claiming Him as His God solely.
For His love He had decided,
For an adoption provided;
Through Jesus Christ our Savior,
And looking on us with favor.
He chose as an act of kindness,
To cure a spiritual blindness;
And given us His beloved Son,
To ensure that the job was done.
And so through the blood of His Son,
Victory from sin has been won;
We are set free from our sin,
If we confess and cleansed within.
God forgives us of all failures,
All of the detours and errors;
Then gives us wisdom and insight,
Enable us to see the light.
